In August 2013 6 of us made our way to Betws y Coed for a week end of r`

After an interesting evening introducing ourselves to each other and learnng what eberyone was riding it was back to the bunkhouse for a good nights sleep before our week ends riding.

 

Saturday morning saw us set off to Coed Y brenin to ride the MBR trail. A great place to ride with a good  is mix of natural single track to man made berms and jumps. 

 

In the afternoon, after some good food at the trail centre, we set off on a long climb which started the Tawr trail, but unfortunately the downs didn't make up for the climb. But as they say a ride is a ride so we made the most of it.

 

After another evening of good food and and god company we hit the Vagabond for a good nights sleep. The last day saw us set off to the Penmachno  Trail. This was my favorite ride of the week end with one flowing single track after another. There were grins all round at the end of each section and great anticipation for the next one.

 

It was then in to the car and off to LLandegla where  the fun continued with lots of flowing trails. These trails are very well  maintained and easy to follow. By the time we got back to the car park we were only one of a couple of cars left.
